Thompson Products coaxial antenna switch model C4N2AB. This is a 24 vdc solenoid controlled 2 position coaxial switch with N connectors. The wiring pigtail wires appeared to have never been stripped. Looks unused or very lighly used. Rated for 24vdc however I tested it with 12vdc and it worked fine.
