Thess joysticks appear to be New and in the box. We are not the original owners so we cannot guarantee these were or were not used once or twice. Each controller is in the package and in excellent physical condition. Boxes are in less than perfect shape from years of storage. This item is vintage, and as such we do not offer any warranty or returns. I am accepting offers so please feel free to send me a reasonable offer. Description of Warranty: Buyer has two weeks (14 days) from date of receipt to notify us of any problems. Buyer MUST contact us prior to returning item for RMA number. If item has been damaged in transit, buyer should contact us via email or phone to file a UPS damage claim. UPS will require your daytime phone number to schedule a pick up.
