This is for a new genuine Mercedes fan clutch made in Germany by BEHR. Note that brands like "Behr He||a" and "Behr He||a Premium" are 100% C h i n e s e made. None of those clutches are going to last if that's what you're after.
Even if your motor tends to run cool your main engine fan also cools the transmission cooler and the a/c condenser and the oil cooler. The small electric aux fan at the front just helps the condenser in traffic and has little to no effect on cooling. Your engine fan cools everything, not just the radiator.
If the electric aux fan is all you've got then you are heat soaking your radiator and your condenser and your oil cooler and your transmission cooler. You need both fans working.
The difference between fan clutch part numbers across model years is how soon/at what temperature the clutch engages. They are all so close that the difference is negligible.
