Laptops are preowned and may have typical scratches/scuffs, possible minor dings/dents, wear. These laptops have dead CMOS batteries. One of them has lightly worn keys and white spots on the LCD. The other laptop is missing a key cap from the keyboard. The rubber "button" that the key cap attaches to is still intact and it works fine. The rubber "feet" pads are also missing from the back panel of this laptop. Only one laptop includes a battery, the other laptop does not. The one battery included shows as having good health, per BIOS, at the time of the auction. However, batteries are not fully tested and not covered under warranty. Power adapters are NOT included. COMPATIBILITY is the responsibility of the bidder/buyer. Please verify compatibility before bidding/buying. sale does NOT include any items/accessories which are not listed or shown in photos. Buyer has two weeks (14 days) from date of receipt of item to notify us of any problems. Buyers' lack of knowledge or software, drivers or hardware will not be considered a warranty issue. Buyer MUST contact us prior to returning item. Item must be packed in original shipping materials. Our technicians will diagnose item within three (3) business days of receiving. If item is found to be faulty: At our discretion, replacement will be shipped or a full refund (including original shipping charge) will be issued. If item is found to be in advertised condition: Buyer shall be reimbursed purchase price minus a 10% restocking fee or $5.00 (whichever is greater). Shipping fees will not be reimbursed.
