When the earthenware body to which this glaze is applied has a cream colour, the product is called creamware.
Earthenware manufacturer at Burslem, Stoke-on-Trent, England. From 1887 to 1915 they operated at the Hill Pottery.
In 1912 the business was incorporated as a Limited Company.
1916 manufacturing moved to the Britannia Pottery.
Not safe for food or drink.
Some crazing due to age.
