Rare vintage powder compact by 4711, produced in collaboration with Rosal, Germany, circa 1930s?1950s. Made of brass with a satin fabric top featuring the iconic embroidered 4711 crest in blue and yellow. Complete with its original cardboard box.
A similar item is preserved in the collection of the Museum für Kommunikation Berlin, Germany, representing German cosmetic culture of the early 20th century.
