To prevent false alarms, do not mount in areas of extreme high or low temperatures, in areas where high humidity exists, or in areas where the duct may contain gases or excessive dust. The FDBZ492, FDBZ492-R and FDBZ492-HR contain an LED indicator capable of flashing either one of three distinct colors; green, yellow, or red.
