The sections are: Private Money Foundations, Private Money Advance Negotiation Psychology, Private Money Operators, Private Money on Demand, Private Money Marketing and Website Training, Syndication 101, Syndication-Structure, Analysis and Documentation, Multifamily Deal Structure Funding Strategies, Advanced Syndication-Marketing, Operations and Winding Up, SEC Considerations, Self-Directed IRA's, Government Funding, How I Raised $20 in Private Money, Hedge Funds and Business Lines of Credit. The binder is printed copies of the slides, with the space for the notes. There are notes, written in pen, on some of the pages. There are no other materials, as it was presented live. When you flutter through the pages, you can smell a hint of musty, as it was likely stored someplace damp, like in a box, in a basement.
