I beleive this is a woman's based on the style and the side buckle accents - I think they give it a fitted look
Approximate measurements: laying flat; 28 inches from center back to bottom of shirt waist; 22 inches from armpit to armpit
This coat has been in a closet for a while, so it may have a bit of a musty closed up smell. It also may have a few light spots here and there, I don't see anything obvious. I'd have it professionally cleaned before wearing
