The mug is plush and it lays flat for shipping. When it arrives, simply stuff the mug with brown packing paper, newspaper, a balloon or cardboard to make it stand to full height. The brim itself has a wire around it so it will hold it shape and not be flapping around during game time. The brim is a faux leather brown color, so it looks like your mug is sitting on a bar top table.
