All we need is a clear photo of the item(s) showing either the incorrect item, or the damaged area of the item and email it to us, along with your order number to our customer support team at support@brickflairfigs.com. Once we receive your email and verify the issue, once approved we will get a replacement or refund sent to you right away.

If your item has not arrived within 15 days after having ordered, contact our support team at support@brickflairfigs.com, for a replacement order or refund of your purchase.
