Vintage AirCo. 8090028 Welding Tank Wrench * and similar items

Interesting old tool by AIRCO, numbered 8090012! Others say it is a Welding Tank Wrench, which is all the info I have other than sizes 1 1/8?, 1?, 3/4?, 7/8" 7/16" 11/16" Plus 3/8? Sq deep pocket Full tool measures approx 7 7/8" long. Used, but still has alot of life left in it! Has patina/finish issues. Could use a good dose of steel wool!
