Vintage designer Jean Barthet turquoise velvet hat with a 1920?s cloche look. It even has deco style stitching on the brim. It measures 21 ? around the inside edge, which is small, and the brim is 1 ? wide in the front. It is beginning to fade but it adds to the possibility of it looking more Flapper era of the 1920s. It is structurally sound and otherwise in very good condition. The photo below captures the fading the best. This hat could definitely be used for a 1920's outfit, no one would know any different.
