Up for sale is a RARE vintage DeWalt DW972 12V Cordless Drill Set in its original heavy-duty DeWalt metal case?an absolute collector?s gem! ?? This powerful drill still has its original DeWalt bit installed, which is nearly unheard of for a kit of this age! ? SET INCLUDES: ? Original DW972 12V Cordless Drill ? Original 12V XR battery (x2) ? DeWalt 12V Charger ? Classic rugged DeWalt branded metal case ? Condition: This drill shows very, very little use and is surprisingly clean, especially considering its vintage age. Both batteries and charger are included, and the tool has been tested?it runs and functions well! The original bit is still in the chuck! ?? ? At least one of these batteries works, but I do not know how long the runtime will be. These are very old batteries, so please do not assume that they are going to work like new. The case shows the most wear with heavy patina and age-related scratches/rust (see photos), but the interior is clean and all original inserts are intact.
