Green cloth boards with black lettering, large clean full color Harrison Cady paste-on illustration on cover (no chipping or wear). Wear-through at corner tips. Shallow fraying at top and bottom spine ends. Binding is tight and square, hinges are sound. Pages are clean with clean illustrated endpapers - two spots on the inside of frontispiece have pencil names that were erased, the back cover does have something spilled as noted in the photos. Clean bright color frontispiece by Harrison Cady ("The Raggedy Fox Makes A Call").
