America's oldest family-owned cookware foundry, Lodge has been making cast iron pots and pans since 1896. The company's Chef Collection skillets are crafted according to a century-old tradition, with modern design upgrades that make these kitchen workhorses remarkably user-friendly. Preseasoned and ready to use, these fry pans heat quickly, evenly and maintain a constant temperature, making them ideal for searing, sauteing and pan-frying. Gently sloped sides facilitate flipping and stirring, while side spouts simplify pouring.
Heavyweight cast iron transfers and retains heat evenly.
Preseasoned for smooth finish that resists sticking and rust.
High sides contain splatters.
10 1/4", 12" and 13 1/4" pans have one long handle and one short handle for easy lifting and transferring from stovetop to oven or table.
Ideal for use on all cooktops, including induction.
Oven and broiler safe.
Made with just iron and oil for a natural cooking surface without PFAS.
