From 1987
New in package. The package has a small hole in it towards the top where a tag was cut out.
Also, the embroidery floss is supposed to be complete, however, there seems to be a darker blue thread (shown in the photo of the finished project) which doesn't seem to be a part of the other floss. Perhaps, it's just a suggested color and not an included one.
