Although there is a faint white line that runs along the right side - this is NOT on the sticker page (it is a scanner defect only, as you can see it also runs through the blue background paper too). Back side of label features an order form to order Plush Kolorkins Toys with proof of purchase. It Says; "Just accumulate 10 points from KODAK Products for each KoloRKINS Toy you order. Labels are clean and not curled, written on or marked, sheet was folded in half with perforations down middle. Perfs are not torn or separated. Very minor discoloration from age. See photos.
