Does not have the plastic wrap. Cardboard has partial ring on the back, and front corners lightly bumped. The inner sleeve has no damage. The record I would rate excellent, it has some dust and a few very, very light scratches, not even sure they are worth mentioning. I am not a record collector, I am rating these as I see them based on a rating system I have seen used by other sellers.
