I do not know the history of it. Many of the items from this purchase turned out to be new or refurbished items that were kept as spares. This board came in the original box (which has a lot of shelf wear) in a sealed bag. I did not open the bag. I found Acromag units with this same part number listed as, "PC Drive Board 15 Pin Input" and also, "Zero Drive Board Plug In Logic Module". I am not able to test it.
