Well used, but still looks to be in working condition. Not tested. The tin container it comes in is pretty beat up. But the actual piece looks to be in good condition. The air pressure has been visually inspected and no major defects or damages looks to be seen. There is a small tare in the hose, but it does not look to go threw, just tore the rubber seal. There is also just the normal scuff marks from use. The tin container is approximately 8.75in x 4.75in x 1.75in.The item is sold as is, no returns.
