We will accept returns within 14 days from the day the item was delivered for a 20% restocking fee if the mistake was not on our part. Shipping: We offer free shipping to the lower 48 states only (Alaska, Hawaii Puerto Rico contact us for additional shipping charges.) Most of the items we sell are shipped out via UPS Ground. The smaller packages get shipped out via USPS First Class if the item meets the 13 ounce weight requirement. Oversized items or items weighing over 150 lbs will be delivered by freight. Freight Customers: When purchasing item that will clearly be freighted, we ask that you provide us with a business address (must have forklift) and a phone #. That way, we can have the item delivered straight to the business address. If a business address is not available, the item will be shipped to a freight company terminal in your area and you will be required to pick up the item from there. The Phone# is a must, in order for the freight company to get in touch with you when the item will arrive or if any problems arise. International Customers: Please contact us before bidding on the item to discuss additional shipping costs or if we can even ship this item to you. Shipping is more expensive and it may take a few weeks or longer to deliver. Sales Tax: There is a 8.25% sales tax on all sales in Texas.
