Last Supper Wood Carving JHS Mexico Panel 20"x9” . A woodcarver friend of ours was very impressed with this acquisition; in fact, he repaired (replaced) the two cups on the left which apparently come off. Checking for a similar item, we found another that also had the cups missing. This intricately hand carved piece is "awe-striking" in the attention to details. It is signed underneath Jesus feet by "JHS" - Mexico; measures 20” wide 9.25” tall approx and 1.5” deep. Condition is excellent with a few scratches on the left side (see photos) which can be easily covered with a furniture pen, and the two cups that were replaced are not painted (easily resolved as well). The grading system used by many sellers to describe their books can be, despite best efforts and intent, subjective and often disappointing. You’ll only find high quality material here: most are new or like new. Occasionally, there’s minor shelf wear or a publisher’s remainder mark, but the integrity of the book’s condition is unaltered.
