It is used, and in good condition, but it is a little dusty and will need a light cleaning. I am unsure of the age of the piece. It has a nice little ribbon on the side, is made entirely of wood, and has a great design with a cute little saying on the front. It is 7" top to bottom not including the little loop at the top for hanging, 7.25" across from point to point, and .75" thick. It is a sort of country rose pink color. It is a lovely handmade piece of wall décor. Buyer is to pay for all shipping costs and must pay for their item or contact the seller to make other arrangements within 5 Days of the end of the auction.
