It is sanded smooth and ready to stain and varnish. It is hand made and is made to look like a balcony. The backboard is 15.5” from top to bottom and 16” from side to side. The balcony portion is 7.25” from front to back, 16” from side to side, and the front railing is 3.75” tall. This is a very nice ready to finish wall display shelf, and a great way to display keepsakes, etc… Buyer is to pay for all shipping costs and must pay for their item or contact the seller to make other arrangements within 10 Days of the end of the auction.
