They are from Fairmont Perfect Porcelain, and are in good condition, with no chips or cracks. They have been used, and have a little wax residue on them that needs to be cleaned off. They each have two little roses on the top, and gold rims. They are made to hold 1" diameter candlesticks. They are 3.25" in diameter and are 1" tall. They are very pretty.
