It is in very good condition, with no cracks, one tiny chip on the side rim of the top of the lighthouse, and very little wear. It comes with a COA, and is 4" tall at the highest point, 4.5" front to back at the base, and 6.75" wide at the base. It is a wonderful collectible piece, and a great replica of one of America's historic Lighthouses.
