Descripción del Artículo
Brand new factory sealed vhs tape with rare original ad art. Going Out Of Print on dvd and only available on pricey blu-ray.
The music and dance show about the Age of Aquarius. The film has a more straightforward narrative than the Broadway play, and follows the adventures of a naive midwestern farmer's son as he becomes involved with a band of hippies on the eve of his induction into the Army.
The choreography is energetic and impressive, and the film contains some showstopping song-and-dance numbers, particularly in the sequences where the flower children crash a high-society party and the Army barracks number with the black white soldiers. The lyrics still manage to shock about race, homosexuality, etc.
Watch for a thin Nell Carter and Don Dacus of the music group 'Chicago'.
