Offered here is this Beautiful Vintage Smaller Size Hand Woven Coved Basket. It is in incredibly good condition, with no breaks or splits, although it is a bit dusty and needs to be cleaned. I am unsure of the age of the basket or origins of the basket. The basket is hand made, and has a lovely, colorful design on it. It is woven from what is most likely bamboo, or wicker, and the lid sits perfectly down onto the basket. The basket is 4.5” tall at the top of the handle on the lid, 3” tall at the rim, 2.75” deep, 5” in diameter at the widest point, 3.5” in diameter at the top rim, and 2.5” in diameter at the base ring. It is a beautiful vintage hand crafted covered basket. It would be a lovely decorative piece in any home as well as being a useful way to store small items and trinkets.
