This antique Haviland 9-1/2" plate is hand painted and signed N.G.F. The underglaze green back mark is H Co/L, a mark that was used between 1876 and 1889. This plate is also signed 1889. The plate has a scalloped rim and is pink and decorated with yellow and reddish brown flowers and grayish green leaves. There is slight color loss on the shoulder leading to the rim, probably from stacking as there are no utensil marks on the surface. Condition is excellent with no chips, cracks or crazing.
