I believe they are all brand new and unused. The box was damaged and thrown out. The images show 4 but a total of 5 are included. Wear on them as they were loose in the box. One of the cartridges is missing the chip which fell off which being out of the box. So listing them for parts and as is. Consider pictures as a part of the description and judge any and all cosmetic or other issues to your opinion before purchasing.
