With other tire carrier, the tire blocks access to the hitch. NEXT, with this second generation hitch, when swung open, the tire and carrier will not swing into any rear mounted antennas. This second generation tire carrier addresses shortcoming of the first generation tire carrier. This is for the purchase of 1 new swing away tire carrier and 1 airlift bumper. It does not include the brackets or hardware to mount to the vehicle.
