We only reinforced the top bellows to make then last yet a longer time. The only thing it had a broken pine tree that we fixed (can you tell). The waterwheel turns and the Organ man comes out after the cuckoo call and plays 1 of 2 different melodies but in at a time in the half hour then top of the hour. We also made a back door for it with a new gong. Measures appx. 11 inches tall by 10 inches across and about 6 inches deep.
