Always use this medicine exactly as described in the package leaflet or as your doctor or pharmacist has told you. Check with your doctor or pharmacist if you are not sure. Adults and the elderly: 1 capsule of Bilobil intense 120 mg twice a day, in the morning and in the evening. The capsule should be swallowed with water. The drug can be used regardless of meals. Do not take a double dose to make up for a missed dose. Take the missed dose as soon as you remember unless it is almost time for your next dose, in which case skip the missed dose. Bilobil intense should be used for at least 8 weeks. If after 3 months of using the preparation there is no improvement or if symptoms worsen, you should contact your doctor to determine whether continuation of treatment is justified.
