Here we have the Overlord, the villain of Sagar. This figure wasn't officially licensed and came out of Hong Kong, likely as a dime store toy or in a vending machine. It's molded in red vinyl and is in the popular 80s keshi style so that it would play well with your M.U.S.C.L.E. figures! This figure measures around 2 1/2 inches tall and is in good vintage condition with normal play wear. Blackstar was an American cartoon series released in 1981 by Filmation's Lou Scheimer and Norm Prescott. It only ran 13 episodes and featured Blackstar, an astronaut who flew through a black hole, ending up stranded on the planet Sagar. Kids from the 80s most likely remember Blackstar as the precursor to Filmation's He-Man series, as there were many similarities between the storylines.
