A gorgeous vintage Catherine Malandrino blouse Fabric appears to be silk and cotton there is quite a lot of stretch throughout the garment in design and also in the actual fabric The neckline is scooped with a really flouncy feminine ruffle the whole way around The waist line is smocked and stretches Tag marked 2 BUT in my view will better fit a size 4 perhaps because of the stretch etc. It may fit larger than that as it does stretch but will be more fitted and less loose around the bust.
