About the Larry Lieber: Larry Lieber (1931 - ) is both a comic artist and writer and is best known for co-creating Iron Man, Thor, and Ant-Man. He is the younger brother of Stan Lee. Under Stan's plots, Lieber scripted the debut origin stories (as well as early appearances) of Thor (Lieber's first Super Hero work, co-created with Jack Kirby) in Journey into Mystery, Iron Man (co-created with Kirby and Don Heck) in Tales of Suspense, and Ant-Man (co-created with Kirby) in Tales to Astonish. Lieber not only scripted the stories but created the names of each characters respective alter egos: Don Blake, Tony Stark, and Henry Pym. He also introduced other key elements of the marvel universe - the mystical metal "uru", of which Thor's hammer Mjolnir is made, introduced Loki, Odin, and Balder, as well as their home, Asgard; and the Bifrost. He also wrote the very first solo Dr. Doom story and introduced Peter Parker's late parents.
