The house is in very good condition, with no cracks, and only one small place on the roof where the snow has chipped off. This chip is just a glaze chip, and the ceramic is white under it, so it is not highly visible. The house has been stored in it's original box. There is no name brand. It is 5" tall at the top of the chimney, and is 4.75" from front to back at the base, and 4.5" from side to side at the base. It is a very cute house and would be a wonderful addition to any Christmas Village display.
