These were all adult owned and well cared for. They are very clean, and have been stored away in a spare bedroom closet in a tote for SEVERAL years. They were in a climate control environment the entire time(Meaning the house had central air for the hotter weather, and warm air for the winter times). Some cases may have slight cracks/chips/surface scratches .. this does not effect the cassette tape inside said cases. The Cassette tapes themselves are all in Great condition and play as they should.
