Crestron DMPS-3-4K-100-C Digital Media 4K Presentation System w/ Rack Ears - No Volume Knob At the time of this listing, I have a quantity of these that came from a community college program. They all power on but the faces are grayed out some as shown in the pictures. I scraped the graying section of one with my fingernail and the graying scrapes off, exposing the glossy black surface. I tried a couple of different cleaners, but I could only get it to come off with scraping it with a fingernail. These also have a school ID sticker on the front that should come off with a little effort. They all have scratches on the top surface, but the faces are good other that the graying and the ID sticker and the missing knob.
