Mix the pudding powder with 2 heaped tablespoons (40 g) of sugar. Gradually stir in at least 6 tablespoons of 500 ml cold milk until smooth. 2. Boil the rest of the milk, remove from the stove, stir in the mixed powder with a whisk. 3. Cook the pudding for at least 1 minute while stirring. Pour the pudding into a bowl or a tart mold that has been rinsed with cold water.
