Got this from a government lab.
The inner workings of this unit look pristine, but the 3 terminals/connectors at the rear need to be replaced/repaired. Two are rusty and one is damaged. Please look at all pictures. This should work once the terminals are fixed in the back. YOu can get a deal on this baby. Do not know the story of why the terminals are rusted.
