The box has some shelf wear, but this wire is new. I am not able to test it. It only comes with what is shown in the pictures. I have more than one of these and so the one you receive may not exactly match the pictures, but it will be in the same condition. Some of the boxes had been opened for inspection, but it does not appear that any wire has been remove from the spools. All units weight exactly the same. Q2-2 d
