Unfortunately after all these years I don't have any proof but I will tell you the story. I was living in Maryland and a huge Elton fan. It was around the time he first started his website. I heard that he was going to do an "Out of The Closet" sale in England but I wasn't going to be able to attend!! I found an email address for "Rocket Management" (his management company at the time) and thought I would take a chance at sending them an email to see if I could purchase anything for the OOTC sale. To my surprise, a woman named Laura responded to me! I told her how much I would like to spend and I either mailed a check or maybe wired some money (I can't remember exactly how I got it to her) She SO VERY KINDLY went to the sale and bought a few items for me! So very nice of her.
