Laying flat measures 18 inches armpit to armpit, 13 inches straight across the elastic waist relaxed stretching to 18 inches without much resistance. 20 inches across the hip and a 23 inch inseam. There are some thread pull in the lightweight chiffon at the neck. See photos. In my opinion, they kind of get lost in the pattern.
