I am always open to hearing any complaints from a customer. I try and describe with words and photos the exact product but know that sometimes what customer receives is absolutely not what they thought they were buying (for whatever reason). I will happily negotiate with them for either a return or a refund or a swap depending on what kind of sale is involved. My email is always available and I go into it often during the day.
