The bird feeder is in good structural condition, but it is dirty or maybe dusty. I get the feeling it wasn't used as a bird feeder but was left in a garage for some time. I considered cleaning it, but don't want to risk damaging it. I will let the buyer do what they want with it. We pride ourselves on packing items well and shipping them quickly.
