These ice block tongs/carrier at one time had yellow paint on them. Under the handle I can see remnants of red paint. It is still obvious except in the places where the piece rubs against other parts of the piece. It seems to be marked Staats. In Chester County PA there is a fuel company named Staats Oil that has ben in existence for a long time. Maybe they delivered ice years ago. It is about 15 inches tall. Also marked F G E.
