Kepco ATE 15-15M Power Supply 0-15 VDC 0-15 A - Powers On - ATE 15-15M-21373
This power supply powers on and the "Voltage" light comes on and the needle does respond a little when I turn the knob. The "Current" light does not light up and the knob spins pretty freely like it is not secured to the control. The pins on the connector on the back are bent as shown in the picture. I am not able to test this further and I am offering it AS-IS.
