Easy Recipes Easy-to-prepare recipe: Simple gingerbread cookies for 1 tray: 250 g of rye flour, 225 g of honey, 50 g of powdered sugar, 50 g of finely chopped hazelnuts and almonds, 1 tablespoon of Kotanyi gingerbread spice, oe teaspoon baking powder, 2 tablespoons of milk, 3 tablespoons of chocolate glaze Preparation: Heat the honey and sugar to 86 F and set aside to cool. Add the flour, other ingredients, mix and put in the fridge overnight. Roll out the dough, cut gingerbread cookies in any shape and place them on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Brush with milk and bake in an oven preheated to 340 F for about 20-25 minutes. After cooling, pour the chocolate glaze. Tip: Store in an airtight tin with cinnamon and vanilla.
